Our training ethos is to provide the perfect environment to achieve the correct training stress, followed by the best recovery, to maximise your body’s adaptation to the training load. Here at Mallorcaman we can be as flexible as your training needs require. By operating with individuals or small groups we can tailor your time with us to suit your goals – whether that be increasing your bike mileage in the Spring months, improving your bike handling skills, refining your swim technique or mastering the art of swift transitions. If you have a goal race in mind we will work with you to focus your training on the right areas to ensure you leave feeling confident and ready to tackle the challenge.
With full guiding and support throughout your time in Mallorca, we will show you the best the island has to offer for riding, running and swimming allowing you to enjoy the incredible scenery and focus on your training.

Example sessions Mallorcaman Training
Pool – Daily coached sessions, with video analysis of your technique. Tips and advice to take away and practice.
Open water – learn and improve open water swim techniques in the clear blue protected waters of Pollença Bay. Practice actual race skills such as deep water starts, sighting and transition. We might even get you doing a beach duathlon the Aussie way!
Road or mountain bike, structured or just for fun? You can choose! We have a wide range of road bikes for hire, and can access great rates for mountain bike hire if required.
We offer daily training rides of between 2-6 hour’s duration. Being based in Puerto Pollença gives us the chance to flex the terrain to suit your preference, be that for endurance hilly rides, or shorter flatter efforts. During these rides the coaches will be able to offer advice and guidance on bike fit, position and handling skills.
Bike to run, or brick training sessions offer us the chance to hone vital transition skills.
We will ensure your bike is properly set up to your personal requirements and mechanical support is on offer to ensure your week’s riding goes as smoothly and trouble-free as possible.
Using off-road routes, local lanes, and track sessions, join us to develop your run technique and fitness. We will guide you on the right kind of warm up, stretches and drills to perform as well as offering advice on how to develop your own run training schedule.
